Everytime you enter your prayer time, Satan will remind you of something you forgot to do. It may be a telephone call to make, a letter to write, but it is designed to break your focus.
Keep a memo pad and pen handy as you pray. When Satan reminds you of something, simply write it down for later. Now, relax and enjoy your time with God.
"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us, for we are not ignorant of his devices."
(2 Corinthians 2:11)
