You are not alone. Somebody is committed to your success. God really does care. He is your Enabler. He created you for a purpose. The Holy Spirit will break the bondage of your bad habits. He will also give you the power to birth the right habits.
Receive the gift of the infilling of the Holy Spirit. When He comes, He will lead you into all truth. There is no other road to deliverance.
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
